PALS was established to help enhance resources available to, and enrich leadership education for, public high school and middle school teams, organizations and students involved in school sanctioned athletic programs, band, dance team, and cheerleading in Huntsville City Schools.
If you are a middle school or high school principal, you can apply for grants on behalf of any sanctioned athletic program at your school using the form below.
The Board of Directors of PALS will review assistance requests and make a determination regarding support based on the following:
- applicability of the request to the mission of PALS
- analysis of the statement of need
- available funding or in-kind resources to satisfy the request
- logistics of the requested support
- amount of support previously provided to eligible teams/groups of that school.
We will accept applications year round and are herein beginning to invite submissions. Applications should be mailed to the address at the top of the form, receipt of which will be acknowledged. Please provide PALS as much time as possible to respond to your request, allow 8 weeks at a minimum. Kindly be as thorough as possible in the application.
